You can always revert it back to 60 or fine tune it if you liked it a bit higher. Just try and raise it to 75, and you will notice the difference and what that setting does. Say for example that you are sitting inside the cab of a tractor, if you raise the FoV to say 75, you will be able to see both of the side mirrors on your tractor at the same time. It will alter how wide of a view you have in game. I mean that you do not need to be afraid of messing around with that setting as you won't ruin anything so the game won't run for you.
